Product Adoption- Trainer

In this role at Vahan, you will be contributing to building the first AI-powered recruitment marketplace for India's Blue Collar workforce. You will collaborate with renowned companies like Swiggy, Zomato, Rapido, Zepto, and more, using cutting-edge technology and AI to recruit for their workforces. Your responsibilities will include traveling to new channel partners" offices, conducting training sessions, creating training materials, tracking training effectiveness, and supporting senior management in delivering relevant training modules. Key Responsibilities: - Travel to new channel partners" offices to train tele-callers and establish successful telesales operations. - Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on Vahan's products and solutions to internal teams and clients. - Create training materials including manuals, videos, FAQs, quick reference guides, and interactive e-learning content. - Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to translate product updates into training modules. - Conduct onboarding sessions for new partners and their teams. - Track training effectiveness, gather feedback, and enhance content and delivery. - Stay updated on new product features for timely training rollout. - Build a training calendar up to 2 months aligned with relevant stakeholders. - Support senior management in developing and delivering relevant training modules for account managers. Qualification Required: - Graduate degree in any stream (Nice to have) - 2-5 years of team management experience (Should have) - At least 2 years of recruitment experience (Nice to have) - Collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented (Nice to have) - Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment (Should have) - Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Should have) - Proficiency in MS-Office and G-Suite (Must have) - Fluency in the local language with basic English/Hindi skills (Must have) - Willingness to travel 10-15 days a month outside the home town (Must have) At Vahan, you will be part of a small team that works hard, gets a lot done, and enjoys having fun.
