Prodcuction Engineer - Electrical / Mechanical

Wiring, assembling experience of LV panels, MCC, and all electrical panels

· Knowledge of VFD, SOFT STARTER, and PLC control Panel

· Basic Knowledge of HVAC controls

· Basic work experience in the switchgear manufacturing industry,

· Power & Control Panel Bus Bar Fitting

· Power Panels Switch Gears, ACB fitting, Panel Bus-bar fitting & Assembly.

· PCC Panel, MCC Panel, SDB, LDB APFC Panels

· Qualifications and Skills, Good Experience In Power Panels Bus bar & Switchgear Assembly

• Assembled Control Cabinets, wiring those cabinets, including, motor control, cooling fans, and cabinet lighting
• Installed various components in those cabinets, including thermostats, temperature sensors, base plates, and various control modules,
• Installations should be done neatly and according to printed engineering specifications
• Crimped connectors onto leads for point to point wiring of control circuits and connected wires according to layout drawings
• Assisted with continuity testing of circuits.
• Assembling, evaluating, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
• Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
• Constructing and fabricating parts, using hand tools and specifications.
• Should be able to work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy.
• Dimension and layout of back panels and enclosures.
• Mounting of components to back panels and enclosures.
• Routing and bundling of wire and cables neatly to meet wiring standards
• Point-to-point wiring of relays, controls, PLCs, I/O Modules, VFDs, Interfaces, & Instrumentation.
• Troubleshoot panels as needed to eliminate wiring errors and component malfunctions.
• Ability to understand and work from schematics.
• Knowledge of electrical theory and terminology is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively, (written and verbally) with peers, and management.
• Must be willing to work some overtime if the business need arises.

DiplomaBE in Electrical / Mechanical with 2- years’ experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
