Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing system implementation support, administering the procurement system, migrating data, developing procedures, creating training materials, analyzing data, drafting communications, and assisting with process and system improvement efforts within the Procurement Department. Key Responsibilities: - Reviewing functional specifications and application design documents for accuracy - Mapping business requirements to functional specifications - Writing test scripts, documenting results, and participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) - Administering the procurement system to ensure adherence to policies and resolving system issues - Assisting with data migration and validation - Developing and maintaining procedures for Procurement operation - Creating and maintaining training materials - Conducting user training for internal and external audiences - Analyzing data to generate meaningful reports - Drafting clear communications for stakeholders - Assisting with process and system improvement efforts Qualifications Required: - Strong technical skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio - Ability to troubleshoot system issues and make recommendations for improvement - Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills - Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to work in a team environment - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities - Ability to work independently with attention to detail and minimal supervision - Logic and critical thinking skills for root cause analysis and system troubleshooting - Self-motivated and resourceful to gather necessary information - 3-5 years of experience in using SAP Ariba or other procurement systems - 4 years of experience handling and resolving system/process concerns - Experience in system implementation activities, training development, and conducting training sessions - Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience Additional Details: You are expected to work 8am-5pm unless the manager updates the schedule. Occasionally, team meetings may be held onsite at HQ. Candidates must live locally in Los Angeles and provide proof of initial vaccines at the time of hire.
