Procurement Specialist

You will be responsible for managing Onshore stakeholders and building strong relationships with the client. Your role will involve managing the performance of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting processes and reporting. You will work closely with Vendors and Requestors as needed. It is essential to have excellent accounting knowledge and strong conceptual understanding. Your tasks will include analyzing and researching all discrepancies or exceptions in the process, monitoring key performance parameters to ensure adherence to SLAs, and initiating cross-training to create adequate backups. You will be expected to design or prepare training materials and ensure that all training activities comply with organizational and statutory policies. Strong presentation skills are required as you will prepare and present month-end reports to the client. You must be able to work under minimal supervision and follow established procedures or directives from the Manager. Identifying and implementing new ways to improve work quality and processes will be a key aspect of your role. You will also be responsible for initiating and facilitating continuous process improvements and offering insights and recommendations for enhancing team efficiency. Additionally, you will need experience in Ariba, SAP, and Service Now, along with a high level of computer proficiency and excellent MIS skills. Knowledge of new reporting tools like Power BI is preferred. Clear written and verbal communication skills, high levels of customer service, quality orientation, self-initiative, and drive for continuous improvement are essential competencies for this role. You should have strong communication, motivational skills, and the ability to lead in a challenging environment while effectively planning, prioritizing, and executing everyday floor operations.,
