Procurement Process & Data Analyst

As a Procurement Analytics Specialist at IFF in Hyderabad, India, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and enhancing the procurement process performance. Join our motivated team to make a real impact and achieve greatness together. **Role Overview:** - Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor procurement process performance. - Track key metrics like cycle time, compliance, and process efficiency. - Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. - Support capability owners with data for process redesign and automation. - Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of procurement data. - Collaborate with MDM and IT teams to maintain data standards. - Standardize reporting templates and provide ad hoc analysis for operational and strategic initiatives. - Collaborate with Procurement Leadership, Category, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement analytics or business intelligence. - Advanced understanding of data models for data warehousing/database design. - Proven track record in data analysis, drawing conclusions, and presenting facts for decision-making. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in programming languages like Python and JavaScript. - Excellent communication and documentation skills. - Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. **How Would You Stand Out ** - Knowledge of Snowflake, Fabric, Celonis. - SAP experience is preferred. - Project management experience.
