Designation: Procurement Practice Senior Analyst

Qualifications:Any Graduation

What would you do? This will involve managing and handling the entire sourcing support process from sourcing of High, Medium, and Low complex requests such as Spend Analysis, Industry profile, Supplier profile, eRFX, and eAuction (Reverse, Forward, Dutch) within a specific Operating Unit/Entity. Scorecard and summary report.

What are we looking for? (Include other skills that would be helpful but are not a requirement of the position)

Knowledge of eSourcing technology. Jaggaer ASO, Jaggaer ONE

Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.

Business related graduate degree.Experience(Preferred years of experience/skill proficiency)8 to 10 yrs. + eSourcing experience. Educational RequirementsCollege degree preferred.Shift Hours(Other special circumstances)Any shift (India, ANZ, UK, US Shift) Flexible Work Arrangement?(Ability to job share, work part-time, or on a flexible schedule?)Should be flexible to work in multiple shift timings and able to deliver expected results

Roles and Responsibilities:

(Include scope of work, supervisory responsibilities, impact of role, etc.)

Develop category-specific RFX & eAuction strategy to add value to sourcing support requests.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional team members to deliver significant results

Strong ability to effectively manage in a sourcing structure working with multiple internal clients.

Exposure to all aspects of the sourcing process.

Proactively participating in further development process.

Generate periodic reports on transactions handled with details on SLAs met / not-met including analyzing the reasons.

First point of contact for the sourcing support requests.Must Have Skills/
Qualifications(Type of work experience, skills, residency requirement, etc.)

8 to 10 years relevant eAuction experience for multiple category to support and different type of Auctions

Should have exposure to eSourcing capabilities on multiple tool Jaggaer, ARIBA, SAP, any other eSourcing tools

Ability to guide category related knowledge while conducting eRFX/eAuction

Good to strong analytical and communication skills.

Must be able to interface at all levels within Accenture, clients and suppliers. Self starter with a strong focus on customer service.

Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.

Proactive and customer-focused approach with friendly attitude and determination to ensure excellent customer service is delivered.

Confident with good influencing skills and ability to demonstrate initiative to priorities and ensure completion of work in an effective and timely manner

Ability to manage relationships effectively with all levels within customer & supplier organizations.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, and results driven team environment

Ability and capability to handle more sourcing requests

Experience of working with e-procurement technology would be essential.
