Procurement Operations Associate

As a Purchasing Assistant, your main responsibility will be to support the procurement department in obtaining supplies at a reasonable price. You will be in charge of contacting vendors to get quotes for goods, handling contracts and invoices, and coordinating with trucking companies to ensure timely delivery of products. Additionally, you will need to accurately input all ordered and received items into the inventory management system and ensure that invoices are paid promptly. Ideally, we are looking for candidates with six months to one year of experience in purchasing or administrative roles.
