Procurement Operations Analyst Buyer

The Procurement Operations Analyst on the Buyer team serves as a key member of the procurement team ensuring strict adherence to corporate spend policies. In this role, the Procurement Operations Analyst minimizes legal and financial risk by rigorously reviewing and approving purchase requisitions and change orders, maintaining accurate purchase orders, and swiftly resolving stakeholder inquiries. Working closely with stakeholders, this individual provides clear guidance through each stage of the procurement lifecycle, from initial request to issuance of purchase order.

3+ years of experience in similar Procurement Operations or Purchasing roles, preferably in a global or high volume environment.

Focused experience on indirect procurement categories (Professional Services, Marketing, Workplace Operations, SaaS, etc).

Proficiently navigate Source to Pay (S2P) process, especially PR/PO Lifecycles.

Experience with Procurement systems, JIRA, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools.

Familiarity with Financial and Accounting Coding as it applies to Purchase Orders.

English fluency required; additional language skills are a plus.

Timings: 5:30PM to 2:30PM
