Procurement Officer

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to manage vendor relationships and ensure cost-effective purchasing. The role involves identifying and onboarding new vendors, conducting market research for competitive pricing, and handling rate inquiries and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a strong vendor base.
• Conduct rate inquiries and obtain competitive quotations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain procurement records and documentation.
• Ensure timely procurement of quality materials/services.
