Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase and Procurement Officer to oversee the sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain management of materials and equipment for our 5G/6G projects. The ideal candidate will ensure timely procurement, cost efficiency, and adherence to quality standards, while building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Responsible for end-to-end purchasing and procurement of materials related to 5G/6G projects. Generate purchase orders and dispatch them to the selected vendors. Handle all necessary procurement-related documentation. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of orders, shipments, inventories, and reports. Follow up with vendors on escalations raised by the business and ensure resolution within the agreed UAT timeline. Hands-on experience in the PR to PO (Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order) process is essential Handle all necessary procurement-related documentation. Perform assurance activities, including regular audits of procurement activities and resulting data. Conduct compliance risk assessments, report nonconformities, and handle mitigations and/or corrective action planning.
