Job Description

As a Procurement Manager at Relomi, a fast-growing premium serviced apartment company, you will play a crucial role in leading all purchase and sourcing activities for our developments across India. Your responsibilities will include managing end-to-end procurement operations, identifying and onboarding reliable vendors, overseeing procurement for both individual apartments and large-scale properties, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting price negotiations, implementing inventory management systems, ensuring adherence to company policies, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end procurement operations for ongoing and upcoming projects across multiple cities. - Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers for furniture, interiors, electricals, appliances, soft furnishings, and consumables. - Oversee procurement for both small-scale individual apartments and large-scale hotel-style properties. - Collaborate with Setup Managers and Project/Operations teams to plan material requirements and timelines. - Prepare and maintain purchase orders, quotations, and vendor contracts. - Conduct price negotiations ensuring best cost-to-quality ratio and timely delivery. - Develop and maintain vendor databases, rate cards, and cost comparison sheets. - Implement inventory management and tracking systems for ongoing projects. - Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, quality standards, and audit requirements. - Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic sourcing, vendor consolidation, and alternate materials. - Conduct vendor visits and inspections periodically for quality assurance. - Submit procurement status and budget utilization reports to management on a regular basis. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality procurement or pre-opening projects (hotels, serviced apartments, or interiors). - Strong exposure to FF&E and OS&E sourcing, vendor management, and logistics coordination. - Deep understanding of interior materials, furniture, appliances, and soft goods used in hospitality setups. - Proven negotiation, analytical, and cost-control capabilities. - Excellent coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP or Purchase Management Systems. - Willingness to travel to other cities for vendor visits, inspections, and project support.
