As a Procurement Control Specialist at Siemens Energy, your role will involve supporting global Procurement Regulations and Controls topics within the company. You will be responsible for implementing and optimizing P2P control functionalities across SAP systems, enhancing P2P reporting structures for increased transparency at global and legal entity levels, and collaborating with P2P Business Partners and Governance Owner to strengthen the purchasing control framework. Additionally, you will maintain internal documentation and facilitate communication through platforms like SharePoint and Viva Engage. Key Responsibilities: - Support global Procurement Regulations and Controls topics within Siemens Energy - Implement and optimize P2P control functionalities across SAP systems - Enhance P2P reporting structures for increased transparency at global and legal entity levels - Collaborate with P2P Business Partners and Governance Owner to strengthen the purchasing control framework - Maintain internal documentation and facilitate communication through platforms like SharePoint and Viva Engage Qualifications Required: - A Graduate-Masters Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, IT, Engineering, or related fields - Over 2 years of experience in Procurement, Finance, IT, or related areas - Fluency in English, with German as an advantage - Strong communication skills and a willingness to work in an international team - Advanced SAP skills and a knack for working with various IT tools - Ability to strategize and execute plans to achieve desired results As a part of Siemens Energy, you will be contributing to the development of energy systems for the future and ensuring that the global energy demand is met reliably and sustainably.
