Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Track and monitor all purchase orders to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials specially commodity fabricated steel materials .
Follow up with suppliers, transporters to avoid delays.
Co-ordination between the team procurement, logistics, site teams, quality, engineering for material movement.
Align with the quality team on inspection schedules, test certificates etc.
Support site/project teams by providing visibility on delivery schedules and material readiness.
Maintain updated records of purchase orders, dispatch schedules, MIS and delivery status.
Support in vendor performance evaluation based on delivery adherence and quality compliance.
Track the Invoice booking, GRNs, and invoice clearance status in coordination with site and Bill desk team.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Proficiency in SAP and Advance MS Excel for reporting.

Qualification & Experience

Graduate in Supply Chain Management / Engineering / Commerce (MBA preferred).
2-3 years of experience in materials expediting (preferably in Renewable energy, EPC, construction).
Exposure to project material management is an advantage.
