Job Role:

The Procurement Executive will be responsible for sourcing, vendor management and ensuring timely procurement of raw materials, electronic components and packaging materials to support smooth production operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and manage vendors for electronic components, plastics, metal parts, and packaging.
• Execute purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials as per production schedules.
• Negotiate pricing, credit terms and contracts to achieve cost efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and evaluate alternatives.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier database, and price comparisons.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and finance teams for material approvals and payments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to supply chain optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, preferably in electronics or consumer electronics manufacturing.
• Knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials), vendor development and import processes is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems and reporting tools.
