Procurement Engineer

Newzen Green Energy is seeking an individual to join our team in Ulsoor, Bengaluru, Karnataka, with a passion for sustainable energy solutions. As a Procurement Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our projects by assisting in sourcing suppliers, preparing purchase orders, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors. Your contribution will ensure the seamless delivery of materials and services to meet project requirements and budget constraints. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with engineering and project teams to understand material specifications and timelines, monitoring supplier performance, conducting market research, and participating in negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions. Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of technical specifications will be essential in this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university. Additionally, you should possess good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with suppliers and internal teams. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as provided food, paid sick time, and a Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift with opportunities for performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. You must be willing to travel up to 50% for this role, and the work location is in person.
