Job Description

Ensuring the Child parts SOB based on QDC & S
Ensuring the ZERO SALES LOSS and ZERO LINE STOPPAGE as per requirements
Co-ordination with Stores for receiving & sending to subcontractor materials & accountability
Co-ordination with QA for acceptance and follow up with supplier for resolving Quality issue
Co-ordination with QA for supplier audits and follow up on corrective actions and Counter measures.
Communicating the Vendor performance report (QDC & S) on monthly basis to all suppliers and follow up for corrective actions.
Inventory of child parts to be maintained
Monitoring and Ensuring the supplier RM stock to avoid the line stoppage
Ensuring the ITAF / ISO 9001 QMS requirements at supplier End
Running / Existing parts - Design change to be tracked and implemented as per agreed time line
Material Planning & Procurement of Copper Wire, Magnet,Magnet case,Forging (Cold & Hot) Press Parts (Cup)
