Procurement Coordinator

Job Title: Order to Delivery Coordinator Procurement

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 3 to 6 years Industry: EMS / Electronics / EV / IoT

Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage and track end-to-end procurement activitiesfrom order placement to delivery—across domestic and international vendors. The ideal candidate should have experience in EMS operations, electronics procurement, and strong coordination skills with logistics partners and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and manage Purchase Orders (POs) across EMS, harness, component, and raw material suppliers.
• Coordinate with logistics service providers (DHL, FedEx, Pastroed, etc.) for both domestic and international shipments.
• Handle import documentation including BOE, OOC, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, and Delivery Order.
• Follow up with vendors and LSPs for on-time dispatch, tracking, and proof of delivery.
• Ensure timely updates of procurement trackers and system entries.
• Validate and monitor BOM availability against procurement and production plans.
• Work closely with internal teams (Production, QC, Inventory, Finance) for inbound planning and closure.
• Escalate delays and supply risks with proactive mitigation suggestions.

Tools & Skills Required:

• ERP systems (Tally, SAP, or equivalent)
• Strong command of Excel, Google Sheets, and G Suite tools
• Working knowledge of import procedures, vendor documentation, and logistics handling
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Electronics, or related fields
• Diploma in Electronics or equivalent technical diploma is also acceptable
• Additional certifications in Logistics, Import-Export, or Supply Chain will be an added advantage
