Key Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end procurement process including vendor selection, negotiations, and purchase order creation.
· Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
· Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, inquiries, and issue resolution.
· Monitor market trends to identify potential vendors and cost-saving opportunities.
· Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies.
· Assist in preparing procurement reports, budget tracking, and cost analysis.
· Work closely with internal teams to understand procurement needs and align with project requirements.
· Participate in vendor evaluation and performance reviews.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
· 2+ years of proven experience in procurement and client relationship management.
· Strong negotiation and communication skills.
· Experience with procurement software and CRM tools.
· Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
