RRD GO CREATIVE currently seeking Executive Procurement for Shared Services team to join in Chennai

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Vendors and Suppliers

  : Work closely with various vendors and suppliers to establish and maintain strong relationships, ensuring seamless coordination for all procurement activities.

• Negotiate Pricing and Terms

  : Engage in negotiations to secure favorable pricing, terms, and delivery schedules, ensuring cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards.

• Ensure Timely Availability of Materials

  : Guarantee the timely availability and quality of materials, aligning with site requirements and project timelines to avoid any delays in operations.

• Documentation Management

  : Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all purchases, vendor agreements, and contracts to ensure compliance and reference for future procurement activities.

• Market Monitoring

  : Regularly monitor and analyze market trends, rates, and the availability of materials to make informed purchasing decisions and stay ahead of market fluctuations.

Requirements

• Vendor Sourcing and Negotiation Skills

  : Demonstrated expertise in sourcing vendors, negotiating rates, and establishing rate contracts to ensure optimal procurement outcomes.

• Technical Proficiency

  : Familiarity with ERP/SAP systems, strong knowledge of MS Excel, and experience in handling purchase documentation to streamline procurement processes.

• GST and Compliance Knowledge

  : Understanding of GST, invoicing practices, and compliance requirements is an added advantage, ensuring adherence to legal standards.

• Communication and Relationship Building

  : Excellent communication skills, along with the ability to negotiate and build strong vendor relationships, are essential for successful procurement operations.

• Fieldwork for Material Procurement

  : The candidate should be prepared to be on the field, actively procuring materials from different markets to meet organizational needs effectively.
