Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage accounts payable process from procurement to payment, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth flow of transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including ledgers, journals, and reports.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the PTP process and implement changes to increase efficiency.

Job Requirements :

  • 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related field (PTP).
  • Strong understanding of PTP cycle, including procurement to payment processes.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
