Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and payment execution.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of supplier invoices within company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoicing, credits, or debit memos.
  • Maintain accurate records of all AP transactions in ERP system (PeopleSoft) and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Analyze trends and identify opportunities for cost savings through negotiation with vendors.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8-12 years of experience in Procure To Pay (PTP) function, preferably in an IT services & consulting industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable processes, including invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and payment execution.
  • Proficiency in PeopleSoft ERP system is required; experience with other ERP systems such as SAP is a plus.
  • Candidates applying

    MUST BE OKAY WITH NIGHT SHIFTS AND WORKING FORM OFFICE IN CHENNAI.
