Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and payment execution.
Ensure accurate and timely payment of supplier invoices within company policies and procedures.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoicing, credits, or debit memos.
Maintain accurate records of all AP transactions in ERP system (PeopleSoft) and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Analyze trends and identify opportunities for cost savings through negotiation with vendors.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-12 years of experience in Procure To Pay (PTP) function, preferably in an IT services & consulting industry.
Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable processes, including invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, and payment execution.
Proficiency in PeopleSoft ERP system is required; experience with other ERP systems such as SAP is a plus.
Candidates applying
MUST BE OKAY WITH NIGHT SHIFTS AND WORKING FORM OFFICE IN CHENNAI.
