Process/Manufacturing Engineering Engineer

**Job Description:** As a Process/Manufacturing Engineering Engineer/Technician at Valeo, you will be responsible for various key tasks to lead the industrialization of the new P1 and improve production efficiency within your designated perimeter. Your role will involve managing production equipment introduction, following equipment development with suppliers, designing small tools, and validating supplier proposals. Additionally, you will be involved in defining acceptance criteria for new equipment or lines, performing trials, and preparing action plans to ensure readiness for FDPR. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage production equipment introduction using IPROM - Follow equipment or assembly lines development with suppliers - Design small tools and validate supplier proposals - Define acceptance criteria for new equipment or lines - Perform pre-acceptance and acceptance of equipment - Conduct trials on the lines and deliver reports - Build action plans and follow up to be ready for FDPR - Perform and/or collect capabilities of equipment and processes - Set up equipment and propose PROCESS VALIDATION PLAN - Participate in PFMEA and CONTROL PLAN In the mass production phase, you will monitor QCDM, propose improvements, and work on cycle time reduction to optimize investments, material, and labor costs. You will also update routing on the Information system with SPV validation, support production technicians, maintain contact with suppliers, and participate in SPV workshops and APU QRQC. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong knowledge of industrial processes and equipment - Experience in production efficiency improvement - Familiarity with Lean design principles - Ability to perform trials, analyze data, and propose action plans - Proficiency in PFMEA and CONTROL PLAN - Excellent communication and collaboration skills By joining Valeo, you will become part of a global innovative company with a diverse and international workforce.
