Process/Manufacturing Engineering Engineer

Role Overview: Valeo, a tech global company, is seeking a Process/Manufacturing Engineering Engineer/Technician to join their Technical Center team. As part of the team, you will be involved in the industrialization of the new P1, improving production efficiency, and leading Lean design workshops. You will work in a dynamic environment with a focus on innovation and sustainability. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the introduction of production equipment using IPROM - Collaborate with suppliers to develop equipment and assembly lines - Design small tools and validate supplier proposals - Define acceptance criteria for new equipment or lines - Perform trials on production lines and generate reports - Develop action plans and monitor progress for FDPR readiness - Conduct capability assessments of equipment and processes - Establish equipment and propose PROCESS VALIDATION PLAN - Participate in PFMEA and CONTROL PLAN activities - Monitor QCDM and suggest improvements for mass production - Optimize equipment performance and efficiency - Work on cycle time reduction to enhance cost-effectiveness - Update routing on Information system with SPV validation - Support production technicians through training and problem-solving - Collaborate with suppliers for improvement and support - Participate in SPV workshops and APU QRQC activities - Validate PG RAISE and CdC standards created by Standard Owners - Promote and apply standards in the domain - Ensure compliance with safety and environmental procedures - Maintain 5S standards and report any issues Qualifications Required: - Degree in Engineering or relevant field - Experience in industrialization and production efficiency improvement - Knowledge of Lean principles and manufacturing processes - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work in a multicultural environment and collaborate effectively - Excellent communication and teamwork skills Join Valeo now and be part of a leading global innovative company committed to sustainable development and environmental impact reduction.
