Job Title: Processing Executive - Digital Signature Certificates (Trivandrum Branch)

Location: Trivandrum (near Secretariat), Kerala

Company Overview:
We are a leading provider of Digital Signature Certificates and associated services. We are currently looking for a Processing Executive to join our team in the Trivandrum branch. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge digital services while providing excellent customer support.

Job Description:
As a Processing Executive, you will be responsible for handling the processing of Digital Signature Certificates (DSCs), performing data entry tasks, and assisting customers with their inquiries. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are eager to learn, possess strong communication skills, and are ready to contribute to a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the end-to-end processing of Digital Signature Certificate requests.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain records.
Communicate with customers to guide them through the DSC application and processing procedures.
Provide technical assistance to customers when needed.
Ensure timely and efficient processing of customer requests.

Requirements:

Trivandrum-based candidates (preferably near Secretariat).
Male candidates preferred.
Must own a two-wheeler.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Immediate joining.
Must be available to attend a training session at our Head Office in Ernakulam.

Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Qualification: BTech, MCA, BCA, or any equivalent qualification.
Skills: Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), technical aptitude, and attention to detail
