Manage the application process, ensuring that all applications are processed promptly and efficiently and providing support throughout the admissions and visa service.
Conduct research on immigration regulations and policies to ensure compliance and develop and implement policies and procedures related to visa processing and compliance.Respond to inquiries from applicants and provide guidance and support throughout the application process.Create and issue short-term study visa letters to international students, ensuring that all necessary information is included and that letters are issued in a timely manner.Maintain accurate records of visa-related information, including applicant information and visa application status, and provide regular updates and reports on the status of visa applications and other visa-related matters.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes and developments in immigration regulations and policies to ensure compliance.Maintain a thorough knowledge of the GR admissions policy, including assessment/selection and entry criteria.
