We are currently looking for a Processing Executive to join our team in the Trivandrum branch. Job Description: As a Processing Executive , you will be responsible for handling the processing of Digital Signature Certificates (DSCs), performing data entry tasks, and assisting customers with their inquiries. Key Responsibilities: Handle the end-to-end processing of Digital Signature Certificate requests. Perform accurate data entry and maintain records. Communicate with customers to guide them through the DSC application and processing procedures. Provide technical assistance to customers when needed. Ensure timely and efficient processing of customer requests. Requirements: Trivandrum-based candidates (preferably near Secretariat). Male candidates preferred. Must own a two-wheeler. Freshers are welcome to apply. Immediate joining. Must be available to attend a training session at our Head Office in Ernakulam. Qualifications & Skills: Educational Qualification: BTech, MCA, BCA, or any equivalent qualification.
