As a Training Specialist at the e-commerce gifting company, your role will involve training and standardizing processes across multiple locations to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and ensure compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing teams on processes, product handling (gifts, plants, flowers, cakes), and customer service. - Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintain quality standards, and enhance operational efficiency. - Audit processes, identify gaps, and implement necessary corrective measures. - Collaborate with Operations to ensure seamless execution of processes. - Track the effectiveness of training programs and maintain performance reports. Qualifications Required: - 2-5 years of training experience in e-commerce, retail, or logistics. - Strong communication skills, ability to drive process improvement, and analytical skills. - Experience working with digital learning tools and virtual training platforms. - Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to travel frequently.,
