We are actively hiring for Process Trainer Role: Process Trainer Industry Type: BPO Department: Banking (UK, US BFSI ) Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Corporate Training UG: Any Graduate Location - #Mumbai (Goregaon ) Salary - 7LPA to 7.5LPA Job description Roles and Responsibilities: * Minimum 2 years experience in US-BFSI (Especially cards and dispute) * Strong communication skills,Training &Facilitation skills,Interpersonal,Analytical,Technical and Organisational skills. * Develop and deliver customized training programs based on customer needs and requirements. * Provide soft skills training to enhance communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills of team members. * Manage the entire process from planning to execution of trainings using tools like TTI (Training Need Identification) and TNA (Training Needs Analysis). * ⁠Evaluation and Feedback, Process documentation, Mentoring and coaching and Compliance. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of corporate trainings.
