Roles and Responsibilities Develop training programs for new hires, focusing on voice and accent improvement. Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with team members to enhance their communication skills. Create customized training materials using various tools such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify areas of improvement in customer interactions. Provide feedback to trainees on their progress and suggest additional exercises for practice.
