Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design and deliver training programs for new hires on blended processes, semi-voice, and other customer service skills.
Conduct regular coaching sessions with team members to improve their performance and address any gaps in knowledge or skillset.
Develop and maintain documentation of training materials, including presentations, handouts, and videos.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify areas for improvement in the training program.

Job Requirements :

Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).
0-1 year of experience in BPO/Call Centre industry or related field.
Strong understanding of blended processes, semi-voice technology, and customer service principles.
Ability to design engaging training programs that cater to diverse learning styles.
