Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Manage HRO processes, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to employee inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Analyze data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements :

  • 2-5 years of experience in HR Operations or related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR Shared Services principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
