Job Description

As a Process Engineer at this company, your role will involve identifying, planning, executing, and handing over automation projects, digitalization projects, and future lab projects. You will also coordinate new product introductions and product change introductions. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in prototyping and developing fixtures/jigs - Set processes and design special tools - Conduct all required validations/qualifications - Assist in make/buy decisions - Support mechanical/electrical development from a process engineering perspective - Create instructions, compile DMR documentation, inspect materials, and generate first sample reports - Validate production and related documentation - Resolve supplier issues - Represent the team in CCB and project meetings - Define capacity and utilization calculation methods - Conduct trainings on process and production documentation - Perform lean calculations and implementations - Standardize processes and implement monitoring methods - Coordinate process improvements at suppliers - Conduct root cause analysis of components - Optimize production processes - Design production lines along with related calculations To qualify for this role, you should have: - BE/ME degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering - 10-15 years of experience in the relevant field Siemens, a global company with a diverse workforce of over 372,000 individuals, is dedicated to building a better future.
