Analytical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in relevant software for quality management and data analysis, and strong communication skills are also essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams, auditors, and training staff. Preferred qualifications include relevant certifications, experience with QMS implementation, familiarity with emerging technologies in QA, and knowledge of sustainable packaging materials and processes. This role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines applicable to the industry.
