The Process & Operations Coordinator ensures that all JES projects and departments operate in alignment with defined KPIs, SOPs, and performance standards. The role involves maintaining operational discipline across teams through regular tracking, documentation, and process enforcement while continuously refining and updating SOPs to keep them current and effective.

Key Responsibilities

KPI Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain and update all project and department KPI dashboards.
  • Consolidate weekly reports from project leads and flag any deviations or delays.
  • Support management with monthly performance reviews and action summaries.
  • Coordinate data validation and ensure accuracy of metrics across departments.

SOP Management & Governance

  • Maintain a central repository of all JES Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Edit, update, and version-control SOPs as per operational feedback and management input.

  • Conduct internal audits to verify process adherence.
  • Track corrective actions for deviations and follow up with responsible leads.
  • Coordinate periodic SOP reviews to ensure documentation remains aligned with current practices.

Operational Coordination

  • Facilitate day-to-day coordination between operations, HR, and accounts.
  • Ensure project documentation, folders, and trackers are structured and up to date.
  • Support onboarding of new employees with process training and compliance briefings.
  • Follow up on assigned action items and ensure timely closure.

Process Improvement

  • Identify recurring bottlenecks and propose workflow optimizations.
  • Assist with the rollout of new ERP modules, dashboards, and digital tracking tools.
  • Document best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives across teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience

    in operations, process management, or project coordination within the engineering, construction, or service industry.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
  • Excellent written communication and documentation control ability.
  • Proven experience in maintaining SOPs, performance reports, and structured follow-ups.

Performance Indicators

  • Timeliness and accuracy of KPI reporting.
  • Quality and currency of updated SOP documentation.
  • SOP compliance rate across departments.
  • Resolution rate of process deviations and follow-ups.
