Process Manager - KYC

Role Overview: As a PM at eClerx Financial Markets, your primary responsibility will be to perform due diligence on new clients, request KYC information and documentation, review and verify received documentation, and make analytical risk assessments for new clients. You will be required to thoroughly and succinctly document research and analysis related to the financial activity and related entities of clients. It will also be your duty to escalate issues to clients and internal managers promptly and independently handle clients and client calls to establish yourself as a valued partner. Key Responsibilities: - Perform due diligence on new clients and request KYC information and documentation - Review and verify received documentation and make analytical risk assessments for new clients - Thoroughly document research and analysis related to clients" financial activity and related entities - Escalate issues to clients and internal managers promptly - Independently handle clients and client calls to establish yourself as a valued partner - Share process knowledge and best practices within teams for knowledge management - Communicate effectively with relevant internal and external parties to obtain KYC documents - Monitor clients" activities for unusual transactions and have a thorough understanding of their business and related parties - Perform further investigation on identified suspicious clients and transactions and report to KYC/AML compliance officer Qualification Required: - Bachelor's Degree (B.Com, BBA, BBM, BCA) / Master's Degree (M.Com, MBA, PGDM) - 6 to 8 years of experience and knowledge of KYC, AML, and Due Diligence along with team lead experience - Ability to understand, manage, and calculate risks - Strong logical and quantitative abilities (Note: Additional details about the company were not included in the job description.),
