Process Manager role : overseeing the entire production cycle in a sulphuric acid plant, focusing on efficiency, quality control, and safety. This role requires expert knowledge of the contact process, especially DCP Plant which is the industry standard for high-concentration acid production. 

Good experience in the process of manufacturing of Sulphuric acid process for our DCP Plant.

-Good work experience in sulfuric acid plants. The main features of this DCP plant process.

- Controlling process parameters.

- Co-ordination in between field and control room.

- Implementing safety procedures and practices.

- Issuing safety permits for various maintenance jobs related to boilers and plants.

- Planning and implementation of preventive maintenance and shut down jobs.

- Operation of CHEMICAL DOSING system and water treatment of boilers

- Trouble shooting of various problems occurred with in the process works..

- Cold plant start up.

- Major revamping work experience of sulfuric acid plant.

-Daily production calculations and reports maintenance.

Education: M.Sc - Chemistry (or)
