Process Lead LPM

Role Overview: As a Legal Professional, your role will involve handling end-to-end Contract Management and conducting related quality checks analysis. You will be responsible for drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, negotiating commercial terms, and interpreting contractual language. Collaborating with the Legal team to discuss and approve fall back provisions and exceptions to standard terms will also be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will draft, negotiate, and execute contracts between clients and 3rd party vendors based on standard templates, ensuring they meet Performance Standards. Your responsibilities will also include drafting various types of agreements such as Statements of Work, Master Professional Services Agreements, SOW Amendments, Donation Letters, Event Sponsorships, and Art Services Agreements. Handling teams, preparing project-related reports, client-facing responsibilities, issue escalation, and process compliance will be part of your duties. Possessing excellent legal analytical and review skills, exceptional legal writing skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills will be essential for this role. Proficiency in using MS Office tools and legal databases is also required. Key Responsibilities: - Bachelor in law with desired experience in end to end Contract Management and conducting related quality checks analysis. - Experience in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements. - Proficiency in reviewing and negotiating commercial terms and interpreting contractual language. - Collaborate with Legal to discuss and approve fall back provisions and exceptions to standard terms. - Draft, negotiate, and execute contracts between clients and 3rd party vendors based on standard templates, ensuring they meet Performance Standards. - Draft various types of agreements such as Statements of Work, Master Professional Services Agreements, SOW Amendments, Donation Letters, Event Sponsorships, and Art Services Agreements. - Revise agreements within predetermined limits using standard fall back provisions. - Experience in handling teams, preparing project-related reports, client-facing responsibilities, issue escalation, and process compliance. - Possess excellent legal analytical and review skills, along with exceptional legal writing skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in using MS Office tools and legal databases. Qualification Required: - Bachelor in law - Desired experience in end to end Contract Management and conducting related quality checks analysis Preferred Skills: - Knowledge or experience in Legal Project Management (LPM), specifically in a general counsel capacity.,
