Process Lead - HRO - Australian Payroll

Role Overview: You will be responsible for processing various requests related to pension, leaves, and taxes. Additionally, you will handle queries via email and voice for employees. You will also play an active role in year Start/End activities and participate in UAT/UVT as required. Auditing cases processed by the team and guiding the team in resolving complex queries will also be part of your responsibilities.
