Process Lead

As a Process Lead with over 15 years of experience in Process Engineering of Brownfield projects within the Refinery and Petrochemical units, your primary responsibility will be to utilize your design expertise to lead a team in the development of various process deliverables. You should have a strong understanding of Pre FEED, FEED, and DD stages of projects and possess the ability to effectively collaborate with other disciplines. Your role will involve guiding the team in the creation of essential documents such as PFD, P&ID, Process Design philosophies, Steady state simulation, Line List, C&E diagram, Process Datasheets, and Vendor drawing reviews. Proficiency in Process softwares like AspenPlus, Hysys, PROII, FlareNet, KORF, AFT, and HTRI will be crucial for success in this position. You will be expected to review the key deliverables produced by the team and provide technical guidance to a team of approximately 10 Process engineers and designers. Strong written and oral communication skills in English will be essential to effectively convey technical information and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
