Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans in coordination with Production, Quality, and Warehouse teams.
Plan batch manufacturing based on Bill of Materials (BOM) and availability of raw and packing materials.
Ensure timely availability of RM/PM (Raw Material / Packaging Material) for uninterrupted production.
Monitor stock levels and trigger reorder in coordination with supply chain.
Ensure optimum utilization of plant resources to meet target output and minimize downtime.
Maintain and update production planning MIS (Material and Information System).
Collaborate with QA/QC, Stores, Engineering, and Regulatory teams to ensure readiness of batches.
Ensure GMP/GLP compliance in production planning documentation.
Drive initiatives for lead time reduction, inventory optimization, and production cycle time improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
