Process Expert

As a Process Expert- French, your role will involve assessing documentation received for claims, determining contract application, and effectively communicating with clients, advisors, and professionals. You will be responsible for maintaining service standards, identifying process improvement opportunities, and acting as a technical expert for various stakeholders. Your core competencies will include a minimum of 3-6 years in life claims adjudication, experience in Health and Dental claims, strong communication skills in French and English, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality service. Additionally, you will be required to hold a college diploma/university degree/CEGEP degree or relevant experience, be fluent in French and English, and be pursuing LOMA, HIAA, and ICA courses.
