Process Executive- RTR

As a Process Executive - RTR at Bunge, your role will involve leading the global lease accounting vertical with a deep understanding of lease accounting standards under USGAAP and IFRS. You will oversee a team, ensure accuracy and compliance in lease accounting, financial reporting, and drive process improvement initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Understanding the lease accounting cycle and GAAP references - Completing tasks related to lease modifications, renewals, or terminations on lease software - Staying updated on changes to accounting standards concerning leasing - Ensuring accurate completion of all lease requests - Maintaining compliance with the group's SoX program and standard policies and procedures - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate and ensure the accuracy of lease data To excel in this role, you should possess strong management and behavioral skills, make data-driven decisions, prioritize customer satisfaction, and understand the global strategy. Effective communication, initiative, problem-solving, organization, and efficient work management are also essential. Preferred technical skills include experience in the Agribusiness/Commodity trading industry, providing high-quality customer service for end-to-end accounting and reporting processes, collaborating with other BBS Team Managers, proficiency in English, and knowledge of Asian or European languages. Additionally, excellent computer skills, competency in Microsoft Office applications, experience with lease management software (preferably Nakisa), and familiarity with ERP systems are required.
