Process Executive - RPA Developer

Role Overview: As an RPA Developer at Bunge, you will be responsible for managing activities related to RPA Development (Automation Anywhere / Power Automate). You will work closely with local operations leaders, process owners, and process SMEs to define, develop, and deploy new automation solutions. Additionally, you will manage the document archiving process and provide enhanced customer service to internal and external groups. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new process opportunities, perform feasibility checks, and provide effort estimates - Design automation process solutions in consultation with Solution Architect and adhere to standard automation design principles - Take end-to-end ownership and accountability of assigned projects from definition to delivery phase - Communicate continuously with stakeholders on progress of automation and adapt quickly based on feedback received - Provide visibility to areas of risks, inter-dependencies, or conflicts with other business units and recommend/implement solutions - Ensure completeness of RPA project documents and provide audit logs to the audit team for a smooth and effective audit process Qualifications Required: - Graduation with at least 3-5 years of work experience in a Process Automation role with Leading BPO/SSC/ITES as an RPA Developer (Automation Anywhere / Power Automate) - Strong written and oral communication skills in English, knowledge of Asia languages is an added advantage - Strong problem-solving and organization skills - Experience leading RPA projects using proven methodologies such as BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate - Good programming/scripting knowledge in VBA/VB/Java/C# script (or any scripting language like Python) is a plus - Delivered at least 5 RPA Automation Projects using Automation Anywhere/Power Automate as RPA Tool Company Details: Bunge (NYSE: BG) is a world leader in sourcing, processing, and supplying oilseed and grain products and ingredients.
