City : Mohali State : Punjab (IN-PB) Country : India (IN) Requisition Number : 41478 Job Description Business Title Process Executive Financial Planning & Analysis Global Job Title Anl I Finance FP&A Global Function Business Services Global Department Finance FP&A Organizational Level 7 Reporting to Manager FP&A Size of team reporting in and type None( IC) Role Purpose Statement Consolidation & Reporting for Viterra Main Accountabilities Consolidation & Integration : Consolidate financial results from different business units and integrate data into enterprise-wide reporting Lead the implementation of standardized reporting processes and contribute to system enhancements for improved efficiency and accuracy Perform Monthly financial close activities -Manage the entire P&L cycle including revenue analysis, fixed and variable cost analysis and commentary, EBIT and ROE performance analysis, and identification of opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimization Forecasting & Budget -Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting (BUD) and strategic planning processes for the assigned business segment SGA Analysis & commentary Prepare analysis of the variances & look into cost center details, reviews all accruals & prepaids posted so that SGA is in line with the budget, headcount analysis Cost center data management review Able to maintain the CCMD data & coordinate with the cost center owners for any changes Resolve queries within timelines and liase with the FP&A leads to deliver reports Other Adhoc activities Knowledge and Skills Behavior Collaborate, effectively communicate with others and take initiative to continually develop themselves, Pursue opportunities to solve problems and take action while maintaining the ability to manage work, even in times of challenge or change, Technical Experience in ERP/Accounting systems , SAP & Reporting tool (onestream,tableau,power BI)added advantage Strong analytical financial skills Education & Experience MBA with 1-3 years of work experience in a similar role or CA fresher with few months of experience Bunge (NYSE: BG) is a world leader in sourcing, processing and supplying oilseed and grain products and ingredients Founded in 1818, Bunges expansive network feeds and fuels a growing world, creating sustainable products and opportunities for more than 70,000 farmers and the consumers they serve across the globe The company is headquartered in St Louis, Missouri and has 25,000 employees worldwide who stand behind more than 350 port terminals, oilseed processing plants, grain facilities, and food and ingredient production and packaging facilities around the world, Bunge is an Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled
