Your role as an Assistant Manager/Manager in Process Excellence (Black Belt- Insurance) based in Pune will involve the following: **Role Overview:** You are expected to have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in Process Excellence, DMAIC, and Black belt projects within the P&C Insurance Domain. You should be proficient in implementing Lean Six Sigma techniques, Automation, and have the ability to leverage Data analytics, Machine learning, and Artificial Intelligence for process improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** - Demonstrating practical application of Lean Six Sigma techniques - Leading Black belt projects - Deploying Data analytics, Machine learning, and Artificial Intelligence - Utilizing QMS, Master Black belt, Agile, Digital competencies, and PMP certifications - Having at least 4 years of experience as a Lean Six Sigma or Transformation professional - Being flexible to work in all shifts and travel to various locations as per client/organization requirements **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 8+ years of experience in Process Excellence, DMAIC, and Black belt projects in P&C Insurance Domain - Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma techniques and Automation - Experience in Data analytics, Machine learning, and Artificial Intelligence will be advantageous - Certification in LSS Black belt is mandatory.
