Process Engineer

The Process Engineer is responsible for designing, optimizing, and troubleshooting chemical processes involved in API manufacturing. The role involves ensuring efficiency, compliance with regulatory standards, and process improvements to enhance productivity and safety.

Process Development & Optimization:

Design and develop API manufacturing processes to improve yield, efficiency, and quality.

Conduct scale-up studies from lab to commercial production.

Optimize process parameters to reduce cycle time and cost.

Troubleshooting & Continuous Improvement:

Identify and resolve process-related issues to maintain smooth production.

Implement Six Sigma, Lean, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Technology Transfer & Validation:

Assist in tech transfer from R&D to production.

Develop and execute process validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ).

Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and other regulatory guidelines
