You shall be responsible for process improvements, resolving customer complaints and troubleshooting, quality improvement, technical improvement and cost reduction.
a. Execute tasks like process improvement, optimize the manufacturing process, productivity and product improvement, etc.
b. Draft process ideas and implement technical changes to reduce costs and improve production rates.
c. Conduct experiments/trials for process improvement and new product development.
d. Performing process simulations and troubleshooting.
e. Data analysis and making conclusions and recommendation.
f. Provide process documentation and operating instructions.
g. Implement 5s and TPM.
a. Strong Analytical skills.
b. Technically competent and proficient in engineering concepts.
c. Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies / tools.
d. Familiarity with concepts like 5S, Kaizen, TQM etc.
e. Good English Communication skill.

1. Experience in Pharma or Food or FMCG industry.
2. Worked in production department at middle management level in medium sized manufacturing company.
3. Good knowledge of process improvement experience in continuous process industry.
4. Good analytical & math skills.
