AM -Injection Process

Role & responsibilities

• Line Process - Setting up of machine should be condition and Start of Production with respect to machine setting report. 
• Full mold capacity utilization & stabilization of existing projects and new projects in scientific molding Approach. 
• Process Optimization for Existing Projects and New Projects 
• Full Cavity Run up during production & Cavity Balancing 
• Follow up & provide solutions for issues raised during production. 
• Establishing all SBC documents in line and periodical analysis and follow up of closing the raised deviations for production. 
• Reporting & analysis of customer queries and solutions with clear root cause analysis and 8D action report and implementation of Action points reported. 
• New Project Introduction and Handling. 
• Dispose the line defects by entering into ERP & handing over the same to Logistics team on time 
• Create Visual standards / update PFMEA / Work Instruction wherever required 
• Responsible for KAIZEN in terms of PQCDSM (Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery,  Safety & Morale) to improve the line efficiency 
• 4M Analysis to be done to find out the Root cause for line efficiency down / production stoppages / machine issue. 
• 8D Preparation to be done for TOP 3 defects with Plan, Do, Check and Act. 
• Role out of Cost Saving improvements 

Preferred candidate profile

Able to understand chemical characteristics is plastic material Basic knowledge on Plastic tooling design. 

Good knowledge in New project establishment, Line Validation & SPM development / establishment Good command of Mold Flow & Rejection Root cause analysis Knowledge on 2D Auto CAD Coordination skill (Production, Tool Maintenance and Quality team). 

Familiar with the plastic moulding manufacturing process. 

Good communication skills to internal and external parties. 

Systematic problem solving skills 

Knowledge in TS16949, FMEA, SPC & MSA & 6 Sigma,

Good command of spoken and written English in strongly
