Role Overview: As a Process Improvement Engineer, you will be responsible for enhancing processes related to Jigs & Fixtures, CAM, and Cutting Tools. Your primary focus will involve analyzing current processes, designing jigs and fixtures, utilizing CAM software, and selecting cutting tools to improve production efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Analyzing current processes to identify areas for improvement - Designing and implementing jigs and fixtures to enhance production effectiveness - Utilizing CAM software for optimizing machining processes - Selecting and implementing cutting tools to improve operational efficiency Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field - Proven experience in process engineering and process improvement - Proficiency in CAM software and cutting tool selection - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Please note that this is a full-time position with the potential for working day shifts or rotational shifts.
