We are currently seeking applications for the position of Process Developer - Risk Management (CAT Modeling). This role demands adaptability to a dynamic and deadline-driven environment, making it ideal for individuals with a proactive and can-do attitude. The following skills are essential for successful execution of day-to-day tasks: **Responsibilities:** - Reviewing submissions to ensure completeness of data provided by underwriters and following up with underwriters when necessary (e.g., SOV, Slip, etc.). - Scrubbing data by converting client-provided information into CAT Modeling software format. - Coding COPE information and importing/validating exposure data in the software. - Geo-coding all locations and analyzing exposure. - Understanding the structure of insurance layers. - Ability to interpret and analyze slip/binders to identify terms and conditions. - Generating insights for improved risk management based on client data knowledge. **Qualifications:** **Minimum Qualifications:** - Bachelor's/Post-Graduation degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or Insurance. - Proficiency in General Insurance concepts. - Experience working with MS Excel (Lookups, Pivot tables, countif, sumif, charts, etc.), PowerPoint, and Word. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Effective time management and planning abilities, including prioritization, multitasking, and a delivery-focused approach. - Capability to perform under work pressure. - Problem-solving skills with a delivery-focused mindset and keen attention to detail. - Quick execution and good interpersonal skills. - Willingness to learn and adapt. **Preferred Qualifications/Skills:** - Knowledge of SQL & VBA is an added advantage. - Proficiency in Advanced Excel Skills is a plus. **Job Details:** - **Title:** Process Developer - **Location:** India-Pune - **Schedule:** Full-time - **Education Level:** Bachelor's/Graduation/Equivalent - **Job Posting:** Dec 31, 2024, 1:43:39 AM - **Unposting Date:** Jun 28, 2025, 9:13:39 PM - **Master Skills List:** Operations - **Job Category:** Full Time,
